Particular expertise in learning and translating new technologies to foster leadership buy-in and strategic consensus. 

After learning about Agile and Scrum Methodologies in my undergraduate studies, I was determined to practice these concepts professionally as well as personally. I have been afforded the opportunity to facilitate scrum at Capital One where I work for three years now.
