Zack Dawood, a Canada based Technology Leader, Author, and Speaker. Have worked for various Top fortune 100 companies in Asia, Europe, and North America. He has delivered technology and process keynotes at various technology conferences and user events in Toronto & India. Currently holding 35+ certifications in technology and process, key ones include Certified Scrum Master(CSM), Certified Scrum Product Owner(CSPO), Certified Agile Leader(CAL), and Certified Scrum Professional Scrum Master(CSP-SM) from Scrum Alliance. Have been a Certified Scrum Master(CSM) from Scrum Alliance since October 2009. Have been an active member of Scrum Alliance for more than a decade. Have other industry certifications such as SAFe Agilist & Practitioner, ITIL v3, Microsoft Certified Professional (Data Science), and TOGAF 9.2. Zack is currently working as Vice President Consulting Expert at CGI Canada leading a Product Engineering Team of 100+ members.

Zack has a Bachelor of Engineering from Anna University, India. Zack has 15+ years in the IT industry and has worked in 13 Countries (North America, Europe, and Asia). Zack is also a co-author of the book titled "Building Microservices with Micronaut". He has also serving as Board of Director and President role since Nov 2018 for a Non-Profit Organization. Zack has a Bachelor of Mechatronics Engineering from Anna University India. Have presented a paper on technology and process in 40+ National symposiums.

Zack has trained, mentored, and coached 500+ members across the globe on technology and processes. He has led the Agile Transformation group in a major bank in Canada. He is also a Distinguished Toastmaster(DTM) since 2018. He has won the Toastmaster of the Year Award for 2015 & 2018 from District 86 & 60 Toastmasters International.
