Steven Kuo is an Agile Evangelist with 13 years of experience in a variety of technology delivery roles including Agile Coach/Iteration Manager/SCRUM Master, Solution Architect, and Senior Developer.

Steven started his Agile journey over seven years ago as a technologist whom is looking to provide business value quicker and better than the standard delivery methods. Starting with eXtreme Programming, TDD and Continuous Integration, these experiences placed Steven on an Agile discovery that fired a passion for Agile and Lean within business and technology.

He has a deep and intimate understanding on the value that Agile and Lean can deliver for companies and have successfully introduced Agile development methodologies to traditional waterfall development teams in several large corporations. Having implemented Agile and Lean principles from the both technology and project delivery point of view, he is familiar with the practical implications of how Agile should be implemented and not just theory.

With a variety of industries experience including Insurance, Telecommunications, Media, Retail, and Finance, Steven possesses solid business experience that allows him to communicate effectively with business stakeholders and guide them in an Agile journey that helps him maximize business value in technology delivery.

Steven promotes the idea of utilizing neuroscience as part of every Agile transformation and is noted for his effective team building team skill and his ability to resolve conflicting personalities to create effective team synergy.
