Xavier Warzee

Xavier Warzee started his carreer at Thales, formely Thomson-CSF, in 1989 working on Object-Oriented Technologies (modeling, database, languages, ...) and on Complex Systems Design & Simulation in european projects (EEC) and R&D projects.

In 2001, Xavier joined Valtech to work as an architect on Internet/Web projects (Java, J2EE, XML, EAI, SOA, ...) and as an Agile leader helping customers to adopt agile practices and associated tools.

In 2008, Xavier joined Microsoft to help partners and customers to adopt agile solutions.

In 2011, Xavier joined Palo IT as an Agile CTO to help organizations in their agile transformation, to help organizations to adopt social, mobil, geolocalization and bigdata technologies.

Xavier launched his company in 2013, Scrum Conseil, to increase its focus on Scrum. He is currently helping several companies from more than 100 to more than 3000 people in their journey to self-design their agile organization.

Volunteer activities and Conferences:

In 2010, Xavier has been elected President of French Scrum User Group and was a co-founder of the French Agile Institut. Xavier was also a co-chair of the Scrum Gathering 2013 held in Paris and organized by the Scrum Alliance.

Xavier published several papers on complex system design and on Agile/Scrum (Agile2008 Conf., AgileTour, ScrumDay France, Domain-Driven Day, System-Level Design Languages Conf, VIUF, VUFE).
