Certified ScrumMaster
All CSM courses are taught by Certified Scrum Trainers. Taking a CSM course, passing the CSM test, and accepting the license agreement designates you as a Certified ScrumMaster, which indicates that you have been introduced to and understand the basic concepts you need to perform as a ScrumMaster or team member on a Scrum team. This course also satisfies two elements of the CSD track: Scrum Introduction and Elective.
Do not miss this opportunity to meet one of the co-developers of the Scrum process, and learn more about the challenges of Scrum, with extra attention on the challenges of implementing Scrum at the enterprise level. The number of seats for this class is limited, so please make sure to register in good time! Registration closes August 7.
Certified Scrum Master
Two-Day Workshop
Agile development methods, such as Scrum, have been shown to produce improvements in speed, quality, and cost. However, the practices within Scrum, such as self-managing teams, are often so different from the norm at most enterprises and cause an organizational reaction. The productivity and quality benefits of Scrum pose a compelling reason to make such changes, though, and as Scrum crosses to the mainstream, executives need to know how to manage the necessary change processes. In addition, managers and employees alike want to know what the change means to them, personally.
With case studies and exercises, this workshop gives managers, product owners and acting or beginning Scrum masters knowledge of how to implement Scrum, with focus on the special challenges of doing this in a larger enterprise. It also addresses the questions that newcomers have regarding process, interaction, reports, habits, trade-offs, and more. The participants will be vertified as Scrum Masters.
