THIS CLASS WILL BE HELD IN GERMAN

Certified Scrum Masters, Product Owners and Team Members need to have profound knowledge about agile planning and estimation. This class will teach you the principles of agile planning at strategic level and the creation of the tactical plan for you team. You will learn how to plan a project so that you do not miss the deadline.

This training is especially useful for project managers and line managers who want to know how agile planning will create project plans.
