Certified Scrum Product Owner Training near Prag

Though each CSPO course varies depending on the instructor, all Certified Scrum Product Owner courses focus on Scrum from a product owner's perspective. Graduates will receive the CSPO designation. All CSPO course are taught by Certified Scrum Trainers.

The product owner plays a definitive role in Scrum. He pushes the development of a product in a certain direction, determines the success of the product development and is the main contact for customers and team members.

This role is demanding. During the training we show you how this role should be performed and how our tools and methods can be used to achieve optimum performance from team members.

We also explain how a Product Owner can achieve a project goal in a way that keeps all participants enthusiastic about the results.

This training like all bor!sgloger trainings is highly interactive. We simulate, lead discussions, answer questions, tell stories, work in groups and have fun while doing all of this.

What about certification?

Participants in this Scrum Alliance training will be certified with the title of Certified Product Owner at the conclusion of the training.

There is no test.

How do I prepare for this training?

You should know the basic Scrum terms. Ideally you have read my book: "Scrum - Produkte zuverlässig und schnell entwickeln" .

The book "Agile Estimation and Planning" by Mike Cohn is also good preparation; but it alone is not sufficient preparation.
