All CSM courses are taught by Certified Scrum Trainers. Taking a CSM course, passing the CSM test, and accepting the license agreement designates you as a Certified ScrumMaster, which indicates that you have been introduced to and understand the basic concepts you need to perform as a ScrumMaster or team member on a Scrum team. This course also satisfies two elements of the CSD track: Scrum Introduction and Elective.



In this course you will learn all the essentials needed to function as ScrumMaster for one or more development teams.

 

Scrum is the fastest growing approaches to agile project management and through this course, you learn to use the framework of Scrum, how Scrum can be established in your projects and how to navigate in the cultural changes required to implement Scrum. By the end of this 2-day course, you will be eligible for membership in the Scrum Alliance as Certified ScrumMaster™ (CSM) and have the necessary background to begin your journey toward greater productivity,faster ROI, and deliver increased value to your customers through Scrum.

    • ScrumMaster responsibilities and competenciesScrum simulation

Students are taught every day at. 9:00 to 17:00 with a complementary lunch included.

 

Both teachers have extensive experiences with Scrum as practitioners, coaches and mentors and they can therefore relate the teaching to the challenges of the participants' own experiences. The teachingis relevant, and this puts the participants in a position to mobilize the learned in their daily lives.
