Certified Scrum Product Owner Course
Scrum is a simple, empirically based framework that provides high efficiency, but at the same time has wide ranging implications. Strong product ownership is one of the major key-elements in successful projects that are using Scrum. At the same time, Product Owner is the most challenging role to play in the organization because the Product Owner is a diverse role that acts as a bridge between the business and the team: The Product Owner is responsible for a project’s Return on Investment (ROI), guiding the Scrum team, and representing customers as well as business and development staff.
Learn the essentials of working as a Scrum Alliance Certified Product Owner (CSPO) in this class and combine those basics with in-deep assessments of the most challenging parts of the job. CSPO equips participants with the knowledge of Scrum principles and practices necessary to succeed in this new paradigm. You can expect to learn how to establish and maintain a backlog and write stories with clear acceptance criteria. We will also discuss real-world organizational challenges such as managing distributed teams, managing large or multiple projects, release planning and metrics.
We think that two-day Product Owner Courses are great, but we also believe that you can learn so much more from our experiences as practitioners and coaches in this area, if you are willing to spend an extra day with us. Therefore we offer this three-day course - come at try this out!
Even though you eventually already are a Certified Scrum Product Owners, we encourage you to attend this class in order to learn new skills and techniques. If so, we even offer you a very special discount for registering early.
