Certified ScrumMaster

All CSM courses are taught by Certified Scrum Trainers. Taking a CSM course, passing the CSM test, and accepting the license agreement designates you as a Certified ScrumMaster, which indicates that you have been introduced to and understand the basic concepts you need to perform as a ScrumMaster or team member on a Scrum team. This course also satisfies two elements of the CSD track: Scrum Introduction and Elective.

The ScrumMaster is a leader and a change agent on a mission. Her duty is to help the Scrum Team unlock its potential to deliver more value to its stakeholders. In doing so they should also have more fun.

During this intensive two-day class you will learn that working together can create outstanding results. We will use group exercises and simulations to transfer the learning from your head to your gut. This will help you recall the feeling even when the memory has faded.

No two-day course can claim to teach you complex skills. However this class will provide a framework within which the participants can take the next step in their personal journey towards an enlightened and more fulfilling way of working with people.
