Bruce Bjerke

Bruce L Bjerke.   I have been in technology and project management for most of my career (since mid 1990's).  Prior to that I was a developer, network administrator and customer support technologist.   In my management career, I have managed teams, both large and small, development shops and small to enterprise level projects.  In the early 2000's, I managed development shops that had teams practicing Rational Unified Process, XP and Scrum, and also managed projects for large scale deployments (delivering and deploying scheduling and registration software across 5 regional call centers (USA, Europe, South Ameria and Austraila).   In the late 2000's I managed a development shop with over 70 resources delivering financial analysis solutions for the finanical services industry, using both on and offshore resources.  In the early 2010's, I worked as a project manager for outsourcing/offshoring organizations and then when solo with my own consulting practice.  In 2017 I earned my PMI PMP certification and started at Prime Therapeutics in May of 2018 (through contracting firm York Consulting) and became a full time employee at Prime in a Sr. Project Manager role. In my first 3 years at Prime, I worked as a project manager, managing both large and small projects, focusing on software development and business processes.  In early 2019, I earned by CSM, as Prime was transitioning a lot of work to agile.   In 2020, I was provided the opportunity to work as a Project Manager/Scrum Master and implementing Scrum for 2 small teams (Listed in experience).   Liking the work I did with these two small teams, I was then was asked to take on the GH360 Scrum team in late 2021.  I have worked as a scrum master since then.
