Michael O’Rourke is a Product Manager at SoftLayer Technologies where he is manages the strategic and technical avenues for a growing portfolio of cloud infrastructure (IaaS) products.  Prior to joining SoftLayer, Michael worked as a Senior Product Manager at Neopost ID, a global software development division originally based out of Cavaillon, France and Austin, Texas USA.

Besides years in Product Management, Michael has a technical background in business analysis, systems integration, software engineering, and application development.  He is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) with three certifications related to Agile/Scrum software development: Certified Scrum Product Owner, Certified Scrum Professional, and Certified Scrum Master.
