In 2009, I started to get in contact with agile software development. First, I read some books and visited some courses about the basics of the agile software development.

In 2010, I have been involved to define and build up an agile project from the greenfield. The following aspects covering my activities:

- Introduce, establish and drive Scrum to develop a new software for a control system in the machine industry.
- Be the Scrum Master and Scrum Coach to help the Development Team to become a self organizing and quality focused team.
- Introduce and establish Agile Engineering Practices such as (Test Driven Development, Acceptance Driven Development, Pair Programming, Continuous Integration).
- Hire and build up a Development Team from zero up to 8 Software Developers.

2008 - 2010: Lead of the embedded software department team for a company in the industrial robotic industry.

2003 - 2009: Working as embedded Software Engineer for a company in the industrial robotic industry by using C++.

1999 - 2002: Graduated as B. Sc. Electrical Engineer
