Liip being an agency building software for external customers who often aren’t experienced with Scrum, my role was to coach and support the client-side Product Owner, effectively forming a Product Owner team. This encompassed training Agile thinking and Scrum practices to several customers, which of course also allowed me to refine my own understanding of the whole thing.
