Over the last 16 years I have worked as a consultant developing state-of-the-art health care and financial systems. I currently hold the CSM, CSPO, CSP and DSDM practitioner certifications. I also hold the MSP Practitioner and Prince 2 practitioner certifications. My major interest is organisational transformation and implementation of Agile release trains, Agile requirements and Test Driven Development.

I started performing team leadership roles around 7 years ago in a waterfall environment but in the last 4 years have solely been promoting and coaching Scrum, XP, Scrumban, Kanban, DSDM, planning and estimation techniques and methodologies. I coach the implementation of Agile release trains throughout the organisation from portfolio, programme and team level that truly allows agile transformations to realise business value in a continuous flow. This coaching is integrated with test-driven development methodologies such as ATDD to help the continuous flow have a sustainable velocity.
