I am an experienced program manager having worked within the project management field for the last 17 years. I have a track record of delivering IT solutions ranging from small tactical projects to large multimillion dollar strategic programs, often encompassing multiple delivery streams and suppliers often across geographically diverse organisations.

I have a strong business acumen ensuring projects remain aligned with stated benefits and I have a track record or working with senior management to define programs of work to support Company goals and objectives. During project delivery phase I adopt a holistic approach ensuring organisational change management is an inherent part of ongoing planning, execution to support the successful implementation of a project or program of work.

During my career I have developed excellent communication and strong negotiation skills working with stakeholders across the breadth of the organisational stack. I have been responsible for planning and managing programs of work covering both internal teams and third party vendors, building relationships and motivating diverse groups of people.

I am a certified Scrum Professional and have been responsible for the successful transition of technology teams to Agile methodologies, ensuring their associated business partners understand and support such changes. This has involved training and mentoring teams over extended periods of time necessary to facilitate a constant feedback loop and the ultimate success of the change to working practices.
