Ewa M. Jackson is a senior manager with 15 years of experience in leading digital marketing, implementation and compliance projects. Adept at managing cross-functional, distributed teams and establishing collaborative partnerships with stakeholders to develop requirements facilitate planning and program execution.  Ewa’s latest involves leading a transformation of HP’s corporate website and web management systems from distributed legacy solutions to an integrated global content management platform powered by SDL Tridion, while transitioning system development lifecycle from a Waterfall to Agile methodology. Currently, Ewa is a Scrum Master for a globally distributed team of user experience designers, developers, business analysts, and testers.

Prior to her role as a Scrum Master, Ewa established and documented information security and privacy controls for HP.com online marketing projects. She acted as a liaison between HP’s information security office and HP.com marketing and creative teams, working to ensure HP’s web presence adheres to the latest industry standards and complies with IT security requirements established by HP’s Information Security Office.  Ewa’s first assignment at HP was to oversee the implementation of an external single-sign-on solution for HP.com

Before joining HP, Ewa had a successful 5-year career with Ernst & Young where she lead numerous assurance and implementation projects for fortune 500 clients in high-tech, healthcare, and insurance industries. She provided consultative advice and hands-on implementation services in the area of information security and IT process optimization. Areas of expertise include web access control systems, general IT controls, network and system security, security and privacy policy.
