Kelly Snavely has 20 years experience in the IT industry. Most recently she has served as Development Manager, Project Manager/Lead and Sr Agile Coach at Capital One Financials. She is currently leading the adoption of Scrum across a new development department in Capital One focused on Enterprise Customer Data and Analytics. This has involved the adoption of scrum across 8 teams ranging from platform maintenance, data movement and warehousing, software installation and data governance. She is also heavily involved in large scale organizational change management to support Agile sustainment.  She is the current President of AgileRicmond (a local APLN chapter)
