Gaëtan BELBEOC'H, since the time when I started developping agile software using PHP and MySQL for big accounts more used to late and expensive large systems, I kept trying to deliver more return on investment to my clients that was possibly thinkable using their old "V cycle" "right way". I was attracted by the XP experience and did lots of pair programming sprints reducing our bug experience lower. In 2005, while in China after a "dabase design" nightmare of a large ERP-like system, I came into SCRUM and achieved with happyness a great change inside our team while playing the role of scrummaster. It was only last year while joining Adeo, that I had the opportunity to discover the role of Product Owner. Which was the "missing link" as soon as the team gets larger and the stakeholders farther.
