I have accompanied the agile transition of Deutsche Telekom since the beginning in 2010 and established an internal coaching team in 2011. Meanwhile, I’ve trained and coached a couple of people successfully to help them adopt or optimize their use of agile methods.

Before that I worked in various positions in HR- and process management. In 1999 I finished my degree in business administration.
