Selda Yalcin, my interest, specialty and uniqueness are all in the same characteristic which is personal skills. I enjoy meeting new people and I have a very easy going way with people of different sorts. I am interested in working in management because I like being involved in higher decision making as well as contributing to developing people. I also like managing projects; having many interfaces (i.e. different people) and having a wide net of tasks to be completed and come together before a certain deadline. Most importantly I like working in a fun and team spirited environment =) (I must say that is also one of my specialties; bringing out fun, honesty and team engagement in people.)
