Rafael Muñoz Gómez (RMG)

Quality Director - Chief Process Officer.

He has a lot of experience on CMMI implementation. For long time he has been convinced that Agile methodologies could make a great difference in a company speed and quality to achieve better results. He is also 6-Sigma Green Belt certified, so his approach to high-maturity levels has been always based on the continuous improvement framework that 6-Sigma provides.

As a member of the Scrum Alliance, his goal is to help showing the bridge between the "2 worlds", sharing practical knowledge about the use of agile within CMMI implementations at all maturity levels within SME environments.

RMG is mexican and has spent the last 4 years in Spain doing what he does best, build corporate systems from a Software Factory perspective, improving project control and estimation accuracy by promoting the industrialization of the software process.
