Have worked as scrum master over last five years, helping over 10 different teams make the transition to Agile. I am proud of the fact that I have also been able to leverage my work to provide opportunities for advancement for the individuals I have had the pleasure of working with in an Agile environment. A lot of my past history was as an educator/trainer and a lot of my work with Agile deals with this and training new teams on how to become more Agile.

My experience is somewhat unique because I owned my own business for many years before working on Enterprise software projects/products. It positions me to be able to better understand the needs of business and development.
