I direct the major processes and projects involving Data Center Operations & Support for one of the fastest growing Cloud Computing and hosting companies in the world. My areas of responsibility focus on Data Center Operations, Facilities, Compliance, SSAE-16 and Operational Excellence. We are responsible for the platforms and escalated support of issues surrounding them. We host Cloud solutions, Dedicated Servers and provide Colocation services in (4) secure data centers in North America and (9) others internationally.
