I’m graduated in Civil Engineer at the one of the most important Brazilian university – UFRJ (Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro). I also have certification in System Analyze and Finance by PUC-RJ (Pontificice Universidade Catolica do Rio de Janeiro). Currently, as PMI (Project Management Institute - US) member, I’m involved to get the PMP (Project Manager Professional) certification.
In the last 10 years I’ve been involved in several and rewarding projects, not only in the IT issues but Finance, HR and specially Strategic issues too. I would like mentions a few of these projects:
• Leadership in the deployment and customization* of several projects such as an ERP system (BPCS-LX, Microsiga* and SAP*) in the Financial, Logistics, and Human Resources modules.
• Specialist in developing support tools for Human Resources: Evaluation and Performance, Feedback, Headcount control / budget, and Hiring Process.
• Participation in Strategic Projects: Company acquisition – economic feasibility, implementation of the new supply-chain process, recall of goods, company downsize (reengineering), etc.
My role as Leader, Manager or only key-user in all those project in the most important players of the Brazilian marked (Johnson Wax, CSN, CSM Group, Claro, Lafarge Cope, Icatu, Merck, Mantecorp, etc) gave me a huge experience to lead with all company levels and excellent international experience (European, Latin America and America).
Financial issues and risks issues are very familiar to me because as Financial Manager – Johnson Wax – I had opportunities to be involved in projects where I've needed to apply my Financial knowledgement to develop policies or tools to keep controls under credit and risk rate.
