Daniel Sloan heads Madison Henry’s Enterprise Software Strategy & Implementation Practice as a Managing Partner with nearly 20 years of experience assisting organizations with developing and executing enterprise software strategy through project delivery, professional development and process improvement. Prior to co-founding Madison Henry in 2005, Daniel helped build a $25 million consulting practice with a leading Microsoft Gold Partner while earning numerous client and partner satisfaction honors, including Microsoft’s Southeast Partner of the Year. During his time there, Daniel applied expertise on Microsoft technologies and Agile Principles to successfully complete numerous enterprise software engagements while leveraging and developing client staff. A 1992 graduate of the University of Florida with a Bachelor’s Degree in Aerospace Engineering, Daniel began his career with IBM, where he developed a solid background in software architecture, design and development. Daniel has been practicing Agile and Scrum Principles since 2004, having earned the designation of Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) through the Scrum Alliance under Jeff Sutherland, the inventor of Scrum. In addition, Daniel is a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO).
