I Scrum Master for both the parent company Redington and also for mallowstreet which is a subsidiary of Redington. My role involves Scrum Mastering all projects within both companies. It is also my role to coach all new joiners to both companies in Agile and to ensure that all employees are educated in Scrum best practices.
