I led teams ranging from architecture to operations and program management. My final role was leading a Software Development team of 40 – 70 engineers across multiple locations in the areas of Platform, Security, and Virtualization for the CUCM product (#1 enterprise voice system in the world). In parallel, I orchestrated our business unit conversion to Agile as the Engineering sponsor. I managed one of the largest OEM server vendor relationships with IBM and HP. I also led a corporate initiative team focused on improving talent movement for the entire Cisco development organization.
