Rob’s career includes leading projects and global cross-functional software development teams throughout the Americas, Europe, Australia, and India. 

Rob is an active member of the Project Management Institute (PMI) and the Scrum Alliance. Rob is also a PMI certified Project Management Professional (PMP), a PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), and a Certified Scrum Professional (CSP). Rob holds an MBA from the California State University, Sacramento and a B.S. in Technology Management from Golden Gate University.

Rob has also served as an Adjunct Professor for the California State University, Sacramento, College of Business Administration and College of Continuing Education teaching courses in International Business and Business Communications both at the graduate and undergraduate levels since 2008.
