Introduction of Scrum and agile software development as scrum coach in ascom Network Testing in Solothurn
- Scrum coaching of two software teams (total 17 persons) and one product owner
- running the two scrumteams as scrummaster
- coordination with third scrum team in California
This was a turn-around project because due to various things that happened the atmosphere in the site was very negative
Working with Scrum resulted in:
- a complete change of work atmosphere: personnel is content and nobody is looking for a new job any more
- motivation level: engineers are now motivated, engaged, (em)powered and active
- increased productivity
- introduction of automatic build and testing
Overall Scrum completely changed the dynamics in this site
