Mushtaq has over 13 years of Program/Project management experience in implementing CRM solutions for large enterprises across Hi-Tech, Automotive, BFSI industry.  Mushtaq has experience in leading and managing large CRM transformation programs leveraging technologies such as Siebel, Salesforce.com, BigMachines, and RightNow to deliver greater Customer and Partner experience and Improved Operational efficiencies.

Mushtaq holds an MBA in Systems management, is certified CSM, certified in Project Management from PMI.

Mushtaq has been applying Scrum as a Scrum Master and Product Owner since 2009.  He recently received additional CSM certifications in a course held by Chris Sims in Dec 2011
