A Scrum Master simultaneous facilitating multiple projects with a combined team of 10 – 15. Sky Sports TV (SSTV), The Cloud and the Interactive and Mobile Platform (IMP). SSTV iOS was the first Mobile TV product from BSkyB; I successfully oversaw the Android porting of the application liaising with the third party developer in Paris, NXP. The Android port included one of the first implementations of Google Subscriptions in the world. The Cloud was a greenfield project to provide BSkyB customers with WiFi from Hotspots via an iOS & Android application supported by an above the line add campaign. The initial release and other iterations have hit the initial deadline and within budget. The IMP team are the System Administrators for the department’s platform; the team was run in a KanBan style due to the support nature of the team.

This consisted of facilitating the Sprints with the Product Owners and taking the Stand ups and Sprint Planning and Retrospectives. When I started at Romex there was no development methodology in place and very little processes. I was also initially brought in for a 6-week piece of work; I stayed for 11 months

We were contracted by BAE to create a bespoke SharePoint system. Using the Scrum Plug in for TFS I was responsible for the management of the sprint workload. To do this I run the Stand Ups every day, ensure the work items are prioritised and completed against available effort and leasing with the business to plan for changes and report progress with metrics.
