I am currently working as Scrum Master in iCare ATT application since Dec 2011. My team deliver a set of prioritized features and user stories every sprint for AT&T client related claim filing, resuming saved claims, submitting reorders features. Each sprint is of 4 weeks duration. I conduct capacity based sprint planning with product owner and team. Team is following test driven development, continuous integration & automated testing practices to deliver sprint commitment. I am conducting 15 mins daily scrum call for understanding team's progress towards sprint commitment. I am facilitating sprint demo with business at the end of the sprint development to get business feedback and adapt the changes as required. I resolve team’s impediments. I protect the team from outside disturbances. I organize Sprint Retrospectives to help team to improve on the process and project performance. I/team prepare sprint burn down chart. I serve as the guardian of the Scrum process framework. I use Agile Vision tool for maintaining product backlog, monitor and track sprint progress.

The vision of Autoship Improvement project was to build a web application for internal customers incrementally which will provide features such as to place bulk orders, enables the business units to research purchase orders directly in the application, displays almost real-time stock status within the application & enable business units the ability to get future dated orders earlier to insure product availability. Scrum framework was used in this project. Worked with the product owner & Scrum Master for preparing the release plan with features that were planned to be delivered over a period of 11 months. There were two releases. First release had 4 sprints and second release had 3 sprints. Each sprint was of 6 weeks duration. I attended capacity based sprint planning for user story commitment and user stories were committed as per product backlog prioritization set by product owner and business stakeholders.Followed Test driven development. Attended daily stand-up call. Conducted reviews with business. Attended sprint retrospective meeting. Prepare burn up & down chart for sprint.
