Thomas Thiel is a Scrum Master working for Siemens Medical Solutions Inc. He started with his own company and switched to the German branch of Siemens Medical in 2005. He participated in the conversion from a classical waterfall development process to Scrum driven SW development. In 2011 he moved to the USA to facilitate a team directly working at a customer site and is practicing Scrum.
Thomas holds a Master of Science from the University of Erlangen (Germany) and was involved in multiple projects in the IT environment since 2002. Beside his skills in medical software and environment, he consulted companies in regards of IT infrastructure, web and business tools.
