Played role of Sr. Agile Project Manager and led and guided multiple scrum teams . 1. First, Led third party single sign on, Existed platform did not have the record for the items purchased by the Sam’s club member from the third party/supplier websites. The member leaves the Sam’s club website to shop on the supplier websites and there is no account or record of the amount spent by the member on the supplier websites. This project will seamlessly integrate the supplier websites with the Sam’s club website. Team had 5 cross functional resources. Weekly sprint and one monthly release cycle. Responsible for facilitating organizational change to transform from waterfall to Agile. 2. Second, Led EDI 856 Status Update into OMS Currently SamsClub.com receives Advanced Ship Notifications (ASN) via EDI from vendors, but this process was incomplete. The current system process that handles the ASN 856 document does not complete the acknowledgement and passes the information through to the OMS. Vendors are forced to use Eorder to manually update SamsClub.com as to the status (shipped, cancelled etc.). Team had 6 cross functional resources .Facilitated daily Scrum meeting and weekly Scrum of Scrum meeting. Facilitated sprint retrospective, Sprint review meeting. Made sure team is updating Sprint burn down and story point in Collabnet Team Forge to track progress and updated to stakeholders. Facilitated release planning and helped product manager in grooming product backlog. Had biweekly sprint and monthly release. 3. Third project, minimize loss from fraud on SamsClub.com and build a heuristic information store for predictive capabilities (“red flag” analysis). Team had 5 cross functional resources. Had biweekly sprint and monthly release. Coached and guided team .developed effective scrum team in distributed environment. Helped team in removing impediments. • Played role of Scrum Master for the project to enable notification alert feature for out of stock items in SAMSLUB. The In Stock notification alert module comes into picture only when an item goes out of stock. This feature sends notification alerts via email/mobile text message to registered members when the out of stock item becomes available. This feature will increase the user traffic and attract more users to the site
