Otto Paulsen lives in Trondheim, Norway, where he has been working as a software engineer since 1991. He is employed by Itema as, and is currently working as a hired consultant at ExproSoft. Before that, Otto was hired by Statoil for 12 years, most of the time with software for gas operations. He has done all kinds of work as a developer, has been a team leader for many years, was project manager for a period, and has been working as scrum master since early 2007. Previously Otto has been employed by PRIDE, Nidar, Q-Free and TISIP, and has been an officer in the naval home guard for about 20 years. At home Otto is busy with his wife and 3 kids, and he is working entusiastic with his children's handball and football teams, as parental contact, webmaster and photographer.
