Evolution from Business analyst to Spanish product manager (through Acting Department head) at Aquagest SERvices COmpany (ASERCO) of Agbar group. Roles: Defining the billing system deployed in Spain (for Agbar and other sector companies -ASP variety-), Bristol (United Kingdom) and Oran (Algeria) managing J2EE projects, making proposals and realizing requirements gathering and functional analysis. In addition, being the project manager of the most strategic projects related to the version deployed in Spain: Corrective Maintenance, Adaptive Maintenance and Structural Improvements (a perfective and preventive maintenance in order to improve time and resources performance and which is being executed in different phases-projects), as well as, being the project manager of satellites projects related to the Spanish AquaCIS CF system operating and/or roll-out (AquaCIS CF bolsa de peticiones). The amount of people in charge has been between 11 and 20, without not own groups coordination. The used technologies were: WebSphere, Swing, DB2 and Oracle.

Roles: Presentation of the company expertise, initial definition of a project proposal, carrying out users support, requirements gathering, functional analyst, development group management (between two and five people -including me-), production releases management, production environment supervision, management of different groups involved located in different cities, supervision of production deployment, DB definition and development and upgrades technical design and implementation. The used technologies were: Apache HTTP Server, Apache Jakarta Tomcat, WebLogic, Liferay on JBOSS, JBPM, MySQL 5 and Oracle 9i.

I had a Developer role at a Defence Department project called MyC (Monitorización y Control), however, my following projects have been as an Analyst/Developer for Knowledge Technologies Department, such as: EPMT (Electric Ion Propulsion Monitoring Tool), Intelmon / CESADS (Intelligent monitoring / Centralised ESTRACK Status and Diagnostic System), KES (Knowledge Enabled Services) and GMES (Global Monitoring for Environment and Security), where reasoning techniques (fuzzy logic, for instance) and knowledge representation (ontologies) has been applied. The used technologies were: Matlab, J2SE (JDBC, Fuzzy Jess, JClass y RMI), Web Services, Collaxa BPEL Server, Protégé, Arc GIS, MySQL and MS SQL Server.
