Darian Rashid is an Agile Software Development instructor, coach and practitioner specializing in large-scale, complex agile projects.  As managing partner of Agile Ethos, Darian works with clients in numerous industries all around the world to identify and solve some of their largest product development and process problems.

Prior to his current role as coach and instructor, Darian had founded, acquired two rounds of venture capital funding for and sold Salsa Systems, Inc., a company which created software development tools for rapid application development and deployment.  Prior to Salsa, Darian was a manager within the Corporate Computer and Network Security group within Lucent Technologies.  Prior to Lucent, Darian held positions in Telcordia (formerly Bellcore) and AT&T Bell Labs.

Darian has a M.S. in Computer Science from Columbia University in New York City, NY and a Bachelors degree in Computer Science from Rutgers University in Piscataway, NJ.
