Since 2004, Ben has worked witha small team to create a multi-million dollar product. Over the years, he has worn many hats as the team has grown and developed.  From marketing and advertising, to business analyst, to project manager, to stratategist and more, Ben has played a variety of roles as the business moved from an ad hoc environment to one that includes specialists.

Prior to working with Dave Ramsey, Ben graduated from Lipscomb University in Nashville TN with a BA in Bible. After graduation and serving in ministry for 5 years at a small church in rural Tennessee, he began to learn and appreciate e-business oportunities. After facillitating one of Dave Ramsey's Financial Peace University classes in a community who struggled with poverty, he soon ended up bringing his e-business mindset together with his ministry mindset and began helping people who struggle in their finances. That quickly led him to move back to Nashville to work with Dave Ramsey's subscription web site, My Total Money Makeover.

Ben is currently serving as his team's Product Owner and is working to implement Scrum.
