Jack DeLand

Jack DeLand is a Certified Scrum Master and Agile practitioner with 30 years in the software and engineering documentation games.  He has lectured on Help systems at STC events and the Writers UA conference, and is widely known for creating the interactive multimedia version of the Microsoft Windows Resource Kits documentation set.  Jack’s degrees are in English and German, but he is most proud of his internship in Organizational Development with Dr. Larry Lippitt, of the National Training Labs (NTL).
