What I Do: I work with non-profits and businesses of any size to develop and implement operating strategies that leverage web-based technologies and highly effective, mixed media communications. I use human-centered design and breakthrough thinking and systems architecting principles to specify and design products that help people get things done more effectively.

My formal training is in industrial & systems engineering. I have 8 years of systems engineering experience including system concept development, requirements development, user interface design, implementation, and end-user testing. I have over 13 years of experience working with print and online media.
