Josh Blanchard is a managing consultant with Excella Consulting, providing consulting services to Fortune 1000 companies in the Washington, DC area.  A graduate of the University of Virginia with a degree in Computer Science, Josh spent several years as a software engineer, building software for clients in business areas including financial services, e-learning, and energy services.  Josh now works as an agile practioner and advisor, mentoring and coaching clients on using Scrum and agile engineering techniques.
