On Scrum:

After working in waterfall for a number of years, the transparency of Scrum is exhilirating! Previously focused on unrealistic deadlines, long hours and not always delivering exactly what the customer wanted, the change to Scrum helped us address alot of these issues. Now the customer has the visibility to ensure the team deliver what is really required.

Currently i have the Scrum Evangelist role for 24.com as well as running multiple scrums and coaching new teams in the scrum way.
