I am a senior manager with industry experience in Banking, Brokerage, Professional Services and Aerospace. Background includes application support/development, business partner/vendor relationship management, technology proficiency, building/leading new teams and infrastructure management. 

I have been involved in managing software development teams for many years. These have been on large projects and mostly through spiral or waterfall based frameworks. Recently, I managed the requirements effort on a $135M project that ran for three years.

I am very interested in learning new franeworks for working better and with high focus on deliverable quality. I have read several papers on Extreme Programming and am evry curious about its successes, particularly on suucesses relating to changes in the software development team culture.
