The major responsibilities were to lead the project team to deliver the project to the customer on time. The customer served included some global companies in retail industry. One of the project used to be the best project of Infosys China.

Joined Autodesk Shanghai R&D center as project manager role and actually play the ScrumMaster role in the team. Right now, I am the internal Agile coach to help different teams to adopt Agile Scrum. Till now, I have worked with about 7 teams and help them to practice Agile principles and Scrum framework and achieved pretty good results. The detail work experiences are bellow 1. From Mar 21 2008 to Jun 27 2008, worked with CFM team as ScrumMaster 2. From Mar 27 2008 to Dec 4 2008, worked with Civil 3D team as ScrumMaster and Scrum coach 3. From Sep 28 2008 to Dec 19 2008, worked with CPM team as ScrumMaster 4. From Sep 12 2008 to Feb 26 2008, worked with Section team as Scrum coach 5. From Mar 24 2009 to Mar 12 2010, worked with TestFramework team as ScrumMaster 6. From Jun 22 2009 to May 15 2009, worked with C13N team as Scrum coach 7. From Apr 13 2011 to Jan 30 2012, worked with RME team as Scrum coach 8. From Apr 13 2012 to Now, worked with Stair & railing team as Scrum coach Also I am the internal Agile Scrum trainer and have delivered several times training about Scrum and received good feedback and became the top instructor in our organization in 2011.
