4 years ago while at Fidelity Investments I was asked to review a new fangled thing known as "AGILE", what the hell is it??? I replied.....3 months later, after reading alot, speaking to so many people, I walked into my managers office and said "I HATE YOU!", why he asked.."It all makes sense now. Unfortunately, I spent 14 years as a developer with IBM and I have discovered that I could have done so much more in that time and that the Agile principles are a way of life that I want to learn more about". This was only the begining!!!!!!
