Stacia Viscardi (formerly Broderick) brings 17 years experience in manufacturing and software development to the teams and organizations she consults and mentors as they adopt Scrum principles and practices. Stacia became a ScrumMaster in 2003 while at Primavera Systems. Since then, her client list has grown to include Fortune 500 companies, government entities, and even some non-software organizations like manufacturing and consulting services.

Understanding the unique challenges of organizational change, Stacia truly believes that agile practices present a humane, logical way for teams and organizations to deliver innovative products to market. She is a Certified ScrumTrainer as well as a PMP, a mix that proves valuable when assisting organizations' transition from traditional to modern practices.

Having coached at all levels - team, management and leadership - Stacia believes that team connection combined with inspect-and-adapt cycles lie at the heart of successful agile transitions.
