Paul is currently engaged as an Agile Coach at CapitalOne in Richmond, VA.

As President of Software Process Consultant Inc., he consults, supports, and works with clients on products, systems, and processes related to computers, software, and information systems.   His portfolio covers small programming firms of 12 engineers, and fortune 500 companies: AT&T, State Farm, Motorola, Abbott Labs, McDonald’s, and now CapitalOne.  He originally built his skills at Motorola.   His education includes BS from U of I in EE/C (`84) and an MS from IIT in E/CS (`92).   His certifications include: Certified Scrum Master/Professional from the Scrum Alliance, Software Quality Analyst by QAI, Organizational Development - Change Manager from Benedictine University.  He is also a Signatory of the Agile Manifesto (http://agilemanifesto.or/sign/display.cgi?ms=all).  His weekend interests include volleyball, skiing, and hiking.
