Nico is a project/team lead and Scrum coach with a technical background in .NET. He started his career 14 years ago as a developer in Microsoft technologies. Throughout the years he completed missions as developer, trainer, senior developer, architect, project/team lead and coach.

He’s interested in the management of development teams as well as the coaching of project managers in the scrum methodology.
