I work as an agile coach supporting large organizations as they embark on agile transformations. My responsibilities include assessing the nature of a given organization and adaptively offering coaching, consulting and training services to help them achieve their objectives. This includes boot strapping new teams, coaching existing agile teams, engaging with the business, educating management teams, and guiding the organizational change. Most of my work has been focused on financial service and insurance companies where deadlines, regulations, and 3rd party interdependencies introduce additional challenges and complexity. The goal of a given engagement is to help organizations meet their immediate objectives, as well as set them on the path to continued improvement and long term success.
